An hour total for me today. I walked for 15 minutes (ankle problems or it would have been longer) and did 45 minutes of abs, weights and exercise ball.
I did Cathe's Step Blast workout today. It's pretty intense cardio but I love it! I'm going to do some weights & ab work soon because I won't be able to exercise for a few days.
