I did the firm fat blasting cardio

Who's next??????????
 
An hour total for me today. I walked for 15 minutes (ankle problems or it would have been longer) and did 45 minutes of abs, weights and exercise ball. :)
 
It was the new Firm Hips, Thighs and Abs for me this morning. It's growing on me . . . :)

Got up early and did 30 min WATP with some extra stretching and "backside" work!

Gonna give WATP a full week and then start back to my Firm tapes!

Gotta make the new challenges!!

I did 35 minute fast walk with the dog. Whoohoo, I'm back on program and feeling good.

I did Cathe's Step Blast workout today. It's pretty intense cardio but I love it! I'm going to do some weights & ab work soon because I won't be able to exercise for a few days. :worried:

I finally went to the gym and did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine. 3.57 miles. Not too shabby since it's been too long since I've gone! :smooth:

Anyone else?
 
I did 60 minutes swimming, 60 minutes spinning and 15 minutes of upper body work.
 
I did 75 minutes total

3 mile WATP
2 mile walk
