This morning I ran for 43 minutes.

Who's next ????????????
 
i did my 3 mile powerwalk with leslie...............
 
I did my situps, and I did a 20 min walk...
 

21 minute bike ride, 25 minutes with THE FIRM!!! I didn't even use weights or a boxy-thing. I used ketchup bottles and pillows. I'm proud!
 
60 minutes on the treadmill 20 min. on the bike 20 min. on the stair steps and 15 min on the glider :banana:
 
I spent 90 min shoveling dirt and raking it around to plant grass seed as well as other spring cleaning type yard work. Hope this counts for exercise. :confused3
 
Two firm workouts for me today
 
I ran on the hotel treadmill for 35 minutes... but I'm not sure of the total distance, because I managed to reset the darn thing at least 4 times, while dropping my MP3 player and towel. :mad: At least I persevered and finished my workout.
