I was sick today with a soar throat and achy body, but once I got some Advil and water in me I felt good enough to do about 40 minutes of working out. 20 minutes doing abs, arms and another 20 minutes on the treadmill. Not too bad for being sick
It seems like I have inspired a few folks lately...just wish I could do the same for myself. I sure have been struggling lately with these last 10 pounds. I need some motivation, so if you have some send it my way please! And keep up the good work!
Hey, everyone! It sounds like we burned ALOT of calories among us this weekend! I didn't get to exercise Friday or Saturday, but did 5 MILES on Sunday total -- 1mile WATP and 4 miles on the treadmill! My goal for this week is to work out for 7 days in a row starting yesterday.
I am doing dancing with my 1st - 4th graders this week so I have been doing everyting from the hustle to the limbo rock to the macarena to the alley cat almost every period for 30 minutes each period!!! so I taught 4 classes of dance yesterday!
