Today I did 50 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes upper body work, 15 minutes on the cross trainer and for my cool down a 20 minute swim.

Who's next ?????????
 
Long day at the gym for me, lol!
35 mins x-trainer, 25 mins bike, 20 mins Tm with run/walk intervals and then some stretching & cool-down.

My 20 min on my elliptical sounds like nothing compared to all of you, but since I haven't exercised in a long time, every minute counts.
 
I did a high intensity aerobics tape that included some concentration on the glutes and thighs for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill which included using 3 pound weights and speed walking at 4.0mph. That was kinda hard with my little legs but I did it and I feel great!
 

2 miles walking outside in the BEAUTIFUL weather with my NEW iPod shuffle.

30 minutes on the eliptical and 18 on the treadmill. I felt really bummed about my work out because I usually do 1 hour on the tm 3min walk 2min run intervals and of course tonight I get on and my shins start bothering me. So I got off of the tm and onto the eliptical, which I don't think gives me as good of a workout.

There's always tomorrow. I just feel so bummed and now I want to eat! :guilty:
