Today I did 55 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of upper body work, 15 minutes on the cross trainer and I did 25 minutes of swimming for my cool down.

Who's next ????????????
 
I just worked out to a 1-hour-long fitness DVD. I'm starting to notice that I don't get tired to it as quickly as at the beginning!

I just finished 40 minutes on the TM. When I started back after the 1/2, I was only doing 20, so I'm increasing a little at a time. Who's next.....

Tammy-great job upping your time.

I said I was resting today, but ended up going sledding with my DS (up the hill 5xs has to count for something!), 30 min on the TM and 125 crunches with my Ab Roller.

I worked out this morning! It was Firm BSS3 Total Muscle Shaping and it rocks!!!! What a great and tough work out. Okay, who's next?
 
I did my 2 mile WATP tape in the morning and then 45 minutes on the treadmill in the evening.
