An hour at the gym - 20 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes of strength training. I increased my pace on the TM today from my usual 3.5 mph to 3.7 - a small step in the right direction.
I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 39 minutes. I had to skip my Curves workout tonight both because my schedule was a bit too tight, and because I'm still recovering from my bike accident. Oh well, at least I got in one workout.
