I didn't see a thread that had already been started, if there was and I overlooked it, I'm sorry.

I wanted to report that I did 40 minutes on the TM this morning. My goal is to exercise 5/7 days this week.

Who's next....

I ran/walked a mile, inner and outer thigh weights, upper body weights, abs, lunges (all within an hour)

Next??

45 minutes strength training (upper & lower body), 20 minutes on x-trainer and lots of crunches on my Ab Roller at home.

Next?

So far, 45 minutes upper body weights and abs.

Planning to hit the gym afterwork, too.

Next????????????????????????

This morning it was Firm BSS3 Fat Blasting Cardio. Okay, who's next?

Firm workout for me this morning!

Next?

An hour at the gym - 20 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes of strength training. I increased my pace on the TM today from my usual 3.5 mph to 3.7 - a small step in the right direction. :cheer2:

I had such a great day I'm excited!!

I did an hour on the treadmill, jogged for 10 minutes at 5.5, walked the rest at 3.5-3.8

8 min abs video

Pushups, 2 reps of 12

1 hour of Raquetball with my husband and friend:)

Total workout time:
2 hours 10 minutes!!! :bounce:

Second installment:

6.8 miles on the treadmill.

Any more late comers?

I attended my 1 hour step aerobics class from 6-7pm. Man, she works us hard!! I love it!

Just came in from swimming. I swam for 45 minutes, it was 8:45pm and I was tired. Tomorrow it's 1 hour of spin class.

I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 39 minutes. I had to skip my Curves workout tonight :( both because my schedule was a bit too tight, and because I'm still recovering from my bike accident. Oh well, at least I got in one workout.
