This morning I ran for 45 minutes.

Who's next ?????????????????????
 
Morning! 20 minutes of free weights & 40 minutes of alternating jogging & walking.
 
I did 35 minutes on my exercise bike this morning for 11.3 miles. I may swim or take a walk this afternoon. It is finally below 95 here in the northeast.

Next?????
 
25 minute wog. PLUS one of my jogging neighbours was out and she told me I looked like I had lost weight. She said I looked good and I was sweaty and wearing bright orange shorts!
 

Walked for 40 minutes (my stomach was hurting, I wanted to go more but couldn't.)
 
7 minute jog at high noon!

Lawn to mow tonight and gym at 4 with my gym buddy!
 
I did a 7 mile run on the TM. The weather actually broke and it was cool enough to run outside but I wasn't prepared so back to the dreaded TM.

I'll be doing upperbody weights and abs after work. Woo Hoo :cool1:

Did a set of 8 reps on my ab lounger and did a basic Tae-bo video.

Two workouts for me, running in the morning (4.24 miles in 35:52) and Curves after work. My arms are really feeling it tonight for some reason...
