This morning I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the air glider and 30 minutes swimming.

Who's next??
 
I did Firm super body sculpt (upper body, lower body and abs). Great work out as usual!

I went running this morning, 4.1 miles in 41 minutes. I've been a little slow this week, and I'm not sure why. Probably because I haven't been getting enough sleep. Anyway, hopefully I'll be able to speed up a bit over the next couple of weeks - because I've registered for a 10K race (the Grape Stomp in Livermore, CA) on 10/30! :hyper:

I did 30 minutes of WATP and 15 min Pilates....feels good to be " back in the groove" vs. Overeating and feeling too full to even move!!

I finally got moving today after being sick for the last 3 days. It's amazing how easy it is to get out of the habit of exercise! I'm glad the antibiotic the DR gave me is starting to work.

My exercise for today was bowling for 90 min.

:wave: My co-worker and I went out on our lunch time and walked the parking lot for 30 minutes.
 
i did my usual...20min on treadmill and 20min circuit on the bowflex...
