I went running this morning, 4.1 miles in 41 minutes. I've been a little slow this week, and I'm not sure why. Probably because I haven't been getting enough sleep. Anyway, hopefully I'll be able to speed up a bit over the next couple of weeks - because I've registered for a 10K race (the Grape Stomp in Livermore, CA) on 10/30!
I finally got moving today after being sick for the last 3 days. It's amazing how easy it is to get out of the habit of exercise! I'm glad the antibiotic the DR gave me is starting to work.
My exercise for today was bowling for 90 min.
