This morning I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes upper body work.

Who's next ???????????
 
45 minutes strength training with machines and free weights.

Next???
 
First time posting on the WISH board :wave2: I'm starting my training for the 1/2 marathon.

Went to the gym this morning...15 minutes on the eliptical, ran/walked a mile on the track, strength training, abs....

I've got to build up my cardio endurance...
 
Because of the stupid rain :umbrella: which was just heavy enough to make running outside unpleasant, I did 40 minutes of aerobics inside - Kathy Smith Timesaver Cardio Fat Burner. I also ran up and down the stairs in my house 10 times (14 steps) to finish off my workout.

Who's next on this dreary (at least for me) Friday? :rolleyes:
 

30 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes for abs for me today.

60 minutes upper, lower body weights and abs. Cardio will follow...

I went to Curves in the early afternoon and at night 40 minutes on the treadmill.
 
I did the FIRM Total Muscle Shaping video.
