Hi there, everyone! Looks like it's my turn to start the exercise thread this morning. I went jogging this morning, 4.4 miles in 39 minutes. Felt really good!
Today is a restday for me and it is KILLING me to just rest. But tomorrow and Sunday I have a 2 mile walk planned for both days. I am also going to check out the Y today to see what it is all about!
Its 0 deg. F and -16 deg wind chill here so I didn't walk over to the gym at lunchtime. Instead I walked the halls of my building(s) for 40 minutes. Doesn't feel like a workout but it counts towards my GetFit minutes and my January minutes. I'll be hitting the gym after work no matter what!
