The Walk away the Pounds series (WATP) by Leslie Sansone is awesome. Easy, low impact good for beginners or advanced (some people who are advanced get bored). I have the Walk away weights set and I love the 3 mile one. I also just bought a 4 mile one in the WATP Express set.
I also just got the FIRM BSS2. I love them, but they are difficult to pick up the moves. Boy do they tone you though! I actually like doing them. I can't wait till I learn all the moves!
I would be interested to know what everyone's favorite Yoga tapes are. That is what I want to add next.
