Exercise facilities

We are going to WDW in mid-September for free dining and staying at CBR. The only time that my DH has stayed onsite was in 2005, when we stayed at Saratoga Springs with my sister and BIL on their DVC points. Soooo, he is clueless about other resorts.
Here's the problem. Since having a heart attack 6 years ago, my DH had become an exerecise junkie! He gets up at 4:45 am during the week to exercise at the Y before going to work, and Sunday afternoons, our "together time" is in the equipment room at the Y!
It suddenly sank in just today that the moderate resorts have no exercise rooms (even though I mentioned this in April when I made our reservations). A nice long walk is just not enough for him...he needs his equipment!
Does anyone know which deluxe resort would be closest to CBR and what the daily charge would be for use of their exercise facility? I think he would pay anything! Thanks

One Moderate does have exercise facilities -- Coronado Springs.

Yes they have a beautiful facility at CSR for exercise....

Last time I checked, the fee was $12/day, but that can always change.

The closest one is at the Boardwalk. Although Disney likes to keep it a secret, the Boardwalk is a pretty easy walk from CBR. From the Aruba section to the gym will be a little under a mile. Cut across the grass from the Aruba parking area to the intersection of Buena Vista Dr and Victory Drive. Follow the sidewalk from there to the Boardwalk.
