I was born on January 25,1961!!! Yes I know I'm OLD!!!Ever since I was a little girl I always wished my b-day was in the summer because many a b-day party almost ALWAYS got canceled because of bad weather!!! Now I just say to my DH now that now that I'm OLDER I can spend my day someplace warm with a margarita in my hand and my toes in the sand!!! That makes me love my b-day now!!

This seems like a VERY OPEN question.... If I could LEARN ONE THING, I guess I'd want to learn how to teach children - without having the college degree, etc.,

Another choice - learn color-coordination/decorating.



Fantasy - learn Dancing with the Stars dancing!!

I think I would like to learn to sew too!! My DD has alterations that need to be done to her costumes every year for recital and I always have to take them to my SIL to get them done. She was a seamstress so she is very GOOD at doing alterations!! I think the other thing would be to learn another language like Italian! My DH was born there and speaks it fluently so it would be fun to converse with him and his family in their native tongue!!

Been gone for a week and what a lot of good questions I've missed! My mom had a heart attack last Saturday night and I've spent most of last week with her.

I don't scrapbook.

Three things that I would like to do first in Hawaii would be to go to the beach, go to a luau and just hang out.

I will be married 28 years on June 12th. We went to Corpus Christi on our honeymoon.

I don't know what color I would paint my house if it were not brick. I'd probably have a white house with blue shutters.

I like a lot of things. I can post Joe's favorite dish recipe on here if someone wants it. It's call Spaghetti Pie.

Five favorite desserts?
Fresh strawberries on angel food cake with whipped cream
brownies
snickerdoodles
plain cheesecake
chocolate cake and ice cream
peach cobbler (sorry, had to add a 6th)

Sarah, I saw that knickerbocker glory. Looks scrumptious! I'd just add a little chocolate and some peanuts.

Lynne, how long do you keep the banana and chocolate in the oven?

My birthday is October 5th. Joe's is October 6th. And, yes, we are 24 hours apart. He was born in Iowa though.

I'd like to learn Spanish.
