I've recently started putting out birdseed, and so far I've seen chickadees and cardinals. I know there are blue jays, and there was a bird that would sing at dusk in the summer (was not a nightingale though), but I never did actually see it. There are also pigeons, mourning doves, starlings, cowbirds.
Not by my house because I live in town. But we have Eagles, Hawks, and owls in our area. Also hummingbirds, bluebirds, crows and all sorts of other birds.
I enjoyed reading all of the different types of birds that are in your areas. No hummingbirds, and have never seen a chickadee before, but I do like that name.
We have mynah birds, cardinals, doves, rice birds, ... and Hawaiian hawks.
