Do you have any special plans for the summer?

It's going to be a busy summer for us! We are squeezing in a WDW trip the end of this May, then when we get home just getting Big Kahunas water park passes for us and our boys. We committed to doing a farmers market three times a week this summer to help save money to move to Tampa or Windemere. Once that starts Memorial Day weekend, there won't be time to do an actual "summer" vacation. Living in Florida, however. It seems most people who live here do winter vacations when the tourism dies down.

I will teach my last course at University of Cincinnati at Blue Ash, and hopefully our house will sell, and we will move to FL!

Going to WDW for a week in June with DD
Celebrating DGD's 1st birthday in July
Going to visit BFF in WA in Aug.

We usually do most of our traveling, etc. in the non summer months.

A family reunion in June and a trip to Spirit Lake, Iowa and Chicago, IL in July/August. And lots of little road trips on our trike.

What is your most favorite thing and/or specialty to bake?

My special chocolate chip cookies. I made a mistake once making them, and it was the best mistake ever.

Sugar/Spice Pecans. I got the recipe from a co-worker 23 years ago. I make them every year in December and give them away to friends and family. I didn't make them one year and got a lot of complaints.

Have you ever gone camping in an RV? If not, would you like to have an experience like such?

 

[Kogo Shuko]

I spent one night in an RV a long, long time ago. I would say at the age of 8, perhaps. My parents and their friends basically swapped one child each, so I could spend time with the other children in their family, and their son could spend time with my brother.

I'd like to try it as an adult, though.
