Patsy when my cousin had a girl scout group she loved http://www.orientaltrading.com/ for craft projects.

I like Susan's list and would add pine cone bird feeders.

Pine cones
Peanut butter
Bird seed

Spread the peanut butter on the pine cones and sprinkle on the bird seed.

I like that idea as well, but we do not have pine cones here. There are some at times that are sold in our stores, so that could be an idea. All of the clubs usually get together, and we all march in the Christmas parade, so that along with our Christmas Get Together will be our main Christmas/December events/projects.

One year, the dance group that Carol was in, walked in the Christmas parade. They were dressed up at presents. They each had a large box wrapped in Christmas wrap with a hole cut in the top for their head, a hole for their arms on the side and the bottom of the box was missing. They wore turtlenecks, a short skirt or shorts and leggings. And each girl wore a big bow on their head.

Woo Hoo i made chocolate chip cookies and they didn't flatten out.

I had read an article on yahoo that said if your chocolate chip cookies flatten out while baking you are creaming the butter and sugar too long.
