Let's see..... maybe biscuits and gravy for GA? Yummy! Or boiled peanuts, or muscadines or scuppernogs. They are kinda like grapes, but they don't grow in bunches..... hard to explain kinda. :lmao: It must be a GA thing. Oh, and of course, Coke!

What are muscadines or scuppernogs?

The prices of items in different areas differ from state to state, store to store..... when I had gone to the store today, there was the Halloween candies. For the bag of Almond Joy or Hersheys Crunch, it costed $2.85 on sale. How much would it be at a store in your area?

How about the other following items at the regular price?

*Loaf of bread-
*Galloon of milk-
*Bag of potatoes-
*Feel free to list any other items in your area that are not on sale, just so that we can compare prices.

What are muscadines or scuppernongs?

Muscadines are like grapes that grow separately and not in bunches. They make wine out of them here. They are the purple ones. I have had the wine before & it was good.

Scuppernongs are :confused3. I just like to say the word! :rotfl: I know they make jelly out of them. They are a big, green grape kinda. I think they are supposed to be very sweet. I haven't had much luck in finding them. I heard about them too late in the season apparently. I really wanted to try them. They have a couple of you pick orchards out here, but alas, I was too late!

I was five, can't remeber all the details but I got up, went to go downstairs and when I got half way saw everyone decorating the tree and puting gifts under it.

Oh and I was six and caught my mom playing tooth fariey.

I was a late bloomer, and didn't stop believing in Santa till 11. I still believe in the magic of the season though, and my kids at the ages 6 & 7 still believe, but think that this will be the last year for my older boy.

I don't remember how old I was when I stopped believing in Santa. My kids believed for a long time. When they would question it, I would just say that Santa is the spirit of the season and I believe in that.

I believed in "Santa" until my parents burst my bubble in about the 3rd grade. Then I was in denial, and I still am! I still believe, because Santa is the spirit of giving. He may not be a real fat man in bright red costume, but he can be me and my kids giving Christmas to a kid in children's shelter (we do this every year- no matter how tight the money is currently) and he may be the Girl Scout troop giving to seniors- either way, Santa is real. :goodvibes
I tell my 9 year old that Santa is real, at least in the spirit of Christmas and that I still believe- she agrees. :thumbsup2

I actually tried to find a scuppernog jelly for your twist last month! lol. I willkeep trying to find it- if I do, I will send you a jar! It sounds great, doesn't it? :goodvibes

LOL, you must be reading my mind. I will have to send you a pm.

Do you have a backyard? If so, what type of plants, and other things do you have in it?

I have no real backyard. We live in a condo, so it's a little skinny area before the road and the landscapers do all the work. It has trees and stuff, but no flowers- it's a hill pretty much blocking the road so we don't see it as much- and a black chain link fence. Not too pretty. Can't wait to sell the condo and move....

But I steal my mom's yard all the time for the kids to play in! We put in a kiddy pool over there, slip n slides and my son's huge plastic playing thing with a slide. She has all kinds of flowers growing- lots of lillies and all kinds and colors! Very pretty. :goodvibes

No the back yard is taken up by the turkey mound, there is just enough room for John's horseshoes. However we have a big front yard, but I don't plant anything because the deer would eat it.

We have a small backyard full of palm tress and other plants. Unfortunately, there are too many trees and plants for my liking. The previous owners had a horticulture company so they planted way too much stuff back there which is hard for us to keep up.

Our new home will have a big back yard with only 2 trees in it. In fact, I asked the builder just how many trees would be back there as I did not want another jungle like I have now. :rotfl:
