Exchange rate - just a quickie......

Just looking at the Travelex website and looking at the exchange rates for the past 30 days....

Just wondered if anyone knew if there is any prospect of the rate getting any better or is it more likely that it will continue to drop??

I suddenly feel under pressure to buy our dollars now for Feb 09 rather than waiting and losing out

It's abit like predicting the weather the exchange rate is. I read that it is set to drop over the next 6 months, but then again who knows!

If you have any money spare I would buy some dollars now, We bought ours a few months back for our up and coming trip and managed to get 1.95 to the pound bought some on line through travelex and pick up gatwick airport last week and got 1.89, now it seems to have dropped lower Online rates seem to be better than high street

I would deffinatley buy now,it's set to just get worse.We don't go till next Apr and i have already purchased our money on a Fairfx card+bought a few dollars when it was $2 to the £1.The best i have seen at the moment for $$ is the fairfx website at $1.8030.Free next day delivery if you order £500 or more.Otherwise a £6 charge.x.
