Excellent ADR booking experience

Hi folx,

I thought I'd take the time out to relay a good experience booking my ADR. I'm off-site this year so I have to do them one at a time. I got on first thing this am to book the CP for an early sitting on June 29th. Got through after 2 mins, spoke to a great CM, who dealt with all my complications, (No Zip code, weird phone number etc as we live in Ireland). All done professionally, got 8.20am, which was fine. Total time 7mins 22 secs.

I told her that I'd heard some scary things about ADR bookings this year, but that I'd had an excellent experience. She was so thrilled and said my comment had set her up for the day.

So, if you have a good experience, say so. Those poor CMs have had a torrid time of it.

Still have to try and get CMs, Ohana's and Tusker House. Should be fun!

Last night , after deciding to extend our stay by one night (off site) I decided to book an ADR for lunch on the last day, confirm all my exisiting ADR's for next week, and see if I could change some times.

I was greeted in less than 30 seconds on hold by a fabulous and friendly, informative CM .. who not only helped tweak my dining plans, offered suggestions, tips and even gave me tips about my resort - and some of his favorite dishes . He really took enough time to go over each ADR, make sure the allergy information was all there as well check all the phone numbers on my ADR's were correct etc..

The experience has made me even more excited for my trip on Friday!!!

I have yet to have a problem with dining reservations.. only the 'resort' reservation people.. though.. this by far was the best experience I have had calling for ADR's
