Evil Queen Sightings?

My youngest DS is a huge Snow White fan. Oddly enough, one of his favorite characters (after Snow White) is the Evil Queen. We leave on Friday and I know that he would love to see her. Has anyone seen her lately? If so, where? I have already explained to her that she could be "grumpy". He said that she will be mad so I don't think I have anything to worry about with the fear factor on this one.

I have only seen her on main street and it was a chance encounter. She is my favorite character so I look for her every trip. You can always ask guest services or one of the CM character handlers if they know when and if she will be making an appearance.

DH is a huge villian fan. We searched and searched for the villians. While we did see Cruella and a few of the "non speaking" villians we didn't see the evil queen or malificent or any of the others. We asked a CM about it and he said that the villians really don't come out anymore especailly at the MK. They said they didn't feel like the villians "fit in" with all the celebration and happiness on Mainstreet or in front of the castle. He also added that they are trying to find a place for the villians to go. I guess like a central location so you can find them if you want to.

I know that the Evil Queen makes an appearance during Cinderella's Surprise Celebration, but I don't know if she sticks around after the show like the other characters do to sign autographs. I would ask a CM at the Surprise Celebration show or at Snow White's Scary Adventures ride.

Well how weird is this... MY SON loves the Evil Queen too! I mean, he is obessed! He knows every line from the movie and pretends he's her (thrills DH ). Anyway, when we were there in May, she was appearing at MGM for a meet and greet, but we were not heading there that day.

My best advice is ask a CM and they will make a phone call and see where and when she will be appearing. Do this very early in your trip and you should be fine...so you can be flexable to meet her.

She DOES show up in the Cinderella Surprise Celebration in front of the castle.

Trust me...we WON'T be missing her this April! Good luck to you!

Thanks for all of the replies. I will make sure to ask a CM. He reiterated today that he only wants to meet Snow White and the Evil Queen so I am going to make a point not to miss her!

We saw her at the exit of Tower of Terror. She was great!

The Evil Queen was hanging out at the Crossroads near the entrance to MGM around 2:30 p.m. a couple weeks ago. My husband took Alyssa up to her and declared Alyssa the "fairest one of all." Alyssa was giggling and screaming and very happy at the time, and the Evil Queen retaliated with "she's the loudest one of all." Such a cute moment.

There were a ton of characters out at this time that day...Pocohanta, John Smith, and Meeko, Evil Queen, Snow White, Dopey, Mary Poppins, Mr. Penguin x 2, Meg, Hercules, Prince John, Tweedle Dee and Dum, White Rabbit, Cinderella, Perla, Suzy...

I guess they were all ready to go for the 4:00 parade!

If you have villian fans in your family MNSSHP is that best. If you ever get a chance to take them during Halloween they are all out and about. We never saw so many villians in all of our trips combined then 1 night at the party. My little one was in heaven, she had a blast playing with them. This time she keeps asking about Jafar, she is also a huge Aladdian fan. She walks around saying, "Youuuurrrr bread is sooooooooo twisted." LOL

As far as the other suggestions, talk to CMs they have walkie talkies and can find out where a given character is in the park. You will find the villians, they are around, just harder to find. Keep your eyes scanning around when walking, sometimes you walk right by them if your not looking for them.
