Everyone Loves Raymond

I do realize they exaggerate for laughs but I sure hope most marriages don't include that much bickering and belittling! Sometimes I liked the show and sometimes that bickering and insulting really got to me.

I definitely think it is exaggerated. I personally don't think Frank is funny because of his constant insults to his wife, it gets a little old. I do think however, that a lot of marriages do include dysfunctional in-laws and a lot of the crazy situations that are showcased on this show. I know more people like the Barones, than say like the Brady's or the family on the old Cosby show.
