I love the design Tink is sitting on the name? Is it possible to get other characters? I saw some of your designs in your photobucket account but there are a few other characters we love.

Hi Jes! Not a problem to do these... I don't have a few of those characters, but I don't mind doing them since I'm still building on my character collection (like Donald, Eeyore, Tigger..)

I do have just a couple of questions:
1. For Melanie -- I have all of the Fairies. Does she like one in particular? Silvermist, Fawn, Iridessa, Rosetta?
2. For the 4 at the end with Tink -- is that Tink standing beside the name, kneeling on top of the name, or the one you mentioned with her sitting on the name? (If it's the sitting on the name one, do you want a white or black background?)


I have two fonts with stars -- well 3 actually but two that I'm not sure which you're talking about. I get all my extra fonts from dafont.com. The star font with Tink sitting on the name is called "American Donuts"; there is another one I used a lot mostly with my fairies designs called "Sabrina." Hope that helps! On the American Donuts one, I had to color in the stars myself...

I'll work on these this weekend.

My daughters' teacher adores tinkerbell, and she's been admiring my daughter's tote bag I made from your design. I posted this on the first page on this thread, but I'm hoping some of you will see it here if not on the first page. I am so sorry for this! My heart is breaking that I can't design right now. I have grown to love this hobby and will miss it greatly. If you can wait, I can maybe get your designs done sometime in the future, just don't count on a design in the next month or so.

I'm so sorry! Read below for explanation:
As of right now I am not designing anymore. My laptop got dropped, and right now it will not boot up, and it's looking like my files are all gone. That means recreating a bunch of my designs will take me a long time, and right now I don't have the time to do that.

My blanks are yours to use BUT I just ask that if you want another designer to personalize for you, please do it in PRIVATE MESSAGES, not on the main board. These are my designs. I worked a long time on them, and I would like for them to stay credited to my name. I would also like to be able to come back soon and work on this hobby again, so I would rather other's not claim and personalize my work in my absence. Sorry... that's how I feel. I put a lot of heart and thought into my designs.

I'm so sorry to those who still have requests waiting. I have no ETA on a fix for this.

Being "addicted" to my computer, I KNOW how you are feeling--sick to your stomach I'm sure!

Thank you both! I will be on the DIS still. My new personal laptop that I ordered weeks ago actually just arrived an hour ago, so I'm on it... granted I've got to get Photoshop on it and we still have a few more things to try to get my files back from my work laptop (the broken one) before I give up. Still means I won't be designing for a while...

It wasn't just my designs that I lost. The big thing was TONS of music that I don't have the CDs for anymore plus about 5-6 years of photos that aren't backed up anywhere. I never thought I'd be one of those people who loses everything when a computer crashes... stinks to be me.

I think the worst part is that I was like a day from transfering my files when the laptop broke. So close... so far away! Life goes on though. No one is hurt...

That just totally sucks. I've just recently got my laptop up and running again. It's not like it was before the crash though. Like things have been tweaked a bit. I need to figure out how to fix minor details. Anyway, Dell had to replace the motherboard. This was fine. It was still under warranty. I was without it for over a month though. I was able to get my files backed up. I saved way over 100 Disney images for possible use on my cruise next month. A few had been personalized. They were the only thing I really cared about. I don't have photos stored or music. Just a few documents and a pic here and there. What I REALLY miss are all of my bookmarks (Favorites) from my Firefox browser. I had a TON of those and they're all gone now. I think they are anyway. The only ones I could find were from IE and I haven't used that in years. I guess, if I had to choose, I would pic the Disney images to be saved. I'll stumble onto the webpages again I suppose. It really sucks that you've lost so many years of photos!! I feel your pain.

Hello All! Just thought I would update real quick! The hard drive popsicle did not work, so my files are all gone still. I believe we are going to try a data recovery place next.

I have now downloaded all of my fonts and Photoshop back onto my new computer, and I am just waiting to see if there is any hope of getting my designs back. Thankfully I do have my "blanks" folder on photobucket that I can restart with, but a lot of designs I don't have blanks of, and I'm going to have to recreated a bit. I should be back designing by the first of the year... hopefully. Not sure whether I'll be recreating stuff, or I'll be starting again with my old files. I'll keep you posted though. Right now I'm just holding on to hope that my files are still out there somewhere. Tonight I'm working on some of my text effects that I had saved as swatches.
