this morning as i was trying to change my e-mail (member name) address on disney.com i found out that changing that erases your account. it is true, i CL_riccio, can no longer access my account but i am hoping with the help of all u VMKers that we can work through this. i need u all to write to staff under Contact Us and then go to I Want To Give Feedback On Something In VMK and plz explain my situation. i know to some of u i am not your favorite person but plz i love this game and i need your help. i advise u to not make the same mistake i did and i beg u to help me out by doing what i asked. Plz everyone help me out

This is not true. I change mine from aol.com to rogers.ca okay. Where i had a problem was when I changed my secondary character and wrote in the wrong email I lost her. I could not remember what emailed I used. I did not loose anything by changing email address. Double check what email you are using on Disney. And try that.

I'll have to agree with LittleBelle on this, I have changed my email account several times and had no problem.

Try going back in to disney and use the link for "can't remember username" they will ask you what email address to send it to and they will send all the user names (no passwords) to you. I got mine within 10 minutes. They do say to give it up to a day to receive it though. Hope that helps!!

nvm everybody i am just a panic freak LOL i'm fine now i should be able to see you all in VMK later today i guess i just had forgotten my new member name LOL oh i am so happy i could cry (tears of joy of course) ty all for your help and or conscern.
