Like Sienna said, you get free admission on your birthday.
From all the ad campaigns, it seems to me like basically it's just a "filler-year" where they're saying, "Come here to celebrate your anniversary/graduation/birthday/winning your first baseball game!". That kind of deal.

I'm sure others after me will have more info, but if I'm not mistaken they're also having a new "Celebrate" parade that will replace the Parade of Dreams.

It's the "what will you celebrate" year. You can get in free on your birthday or get a free fun card (worth $69 or so) that must be used on your birthday or a special fast past deal that must be used on your birthday. We will be getting a fun card for DBF next week because we will have AP's for admission, it's going to be a Wed in Jan so we probably won't need the FP's and he'd rather have the $$ to spend on himself anyway. LOL

In addition to what Pixie had stated regarding the various offers, one may also choose instead a ticket that will be good for a one park/one day visit. Which will be good until your next birthday, or until you use it (Before that expiration date)
