Every take the Train from Kissimmee to Tampa??

I heard you can catch a train from Kissimmee to Tampa. I'm thinking about trying it out. I need to find out times /days to and from Tampa. If you have done it , how was it?. Can you go for the day?

Looking at the Amtrak website apparently there is one train per day between these two stations. Going from Kissimmee to Tampa it leaves about 11 am and gets to Tampa about 1 pm. The return trip leaves Tampa about 5:30 pm and gets to Kissimmee about 6:45 pm.

That schedule would seem to make it difficult to go for just a day.
