Ever heard of XL Airways France? Is this a good deal?

Just posted a question about finding good flights. I also just did find flights RT from NY to Paris for 4 for under 2700.00. flight times are a little tough, and there is the travel to NY, but that price seems good. It is on XL Airways France. Anyone familiar with this airline??
Any info will be greatly appreciated. thanks
