Hey everyone! I have a question for all of you...my family and I have been planning our trip for the end of may here for a while now, but recently, we have been talking with a cast member that called us...we think he contacted us through grand gatherings...and then the other day on the phone he said that he worked for Disney Destinations...well he has been setting up special arrangements for us and has a lot of "surprises" planned for our trip, but we are wondering, does this service cost extra? or is all this help just part of the "Disney magic?"
