Ever find this out on a weekend day?

Hi, we are in the process of buying a DVC resale at BWV. Our info was submitted to Disney on Tues., August 26th. I am hoping to hear if we passed ROFR by the end of next week.

Has anyone ever found this out on a weekend day, or do they only contact you during the week? We went through Jaki and **** (who have been wonderful, by the way!). Thanks! We can't wait!!!

I just received word 5 minutes ago that Disney waived ther ROFR on my VWL contract. Our contract was submitted on August 26 as well to Disney, so hopefully you will hear shortly.

Can you give us details of the contract. I got ROFR'ed on first contract and am working on the second one. Waiting for seller to sign and then will post details. It would really help the rest of us.

150 point BWV contract. April Use Year. 40 points left for 2008. All of 2009's points coming in April 2009. No MF to pay on the 40 2008 points (it was already paid). We pay closing fees. We pay maintenance for 2009's points. $81 per point.

I am hoping this goes through! From what I have seen, Disney has recently been ROFR-ing BWV contracts that were accepted by the seller for under $80 per point. I hope this means that we are safe at $81 per point!

We are also in the resale process with Jaki and ****. We found out that we passed ROFR on a Monday (8/25), but they have replied to emails I have sent on both Satuday and/or Sunday. I'm sure if they hear anything, they will let you know. I know the waiting is hard!!!
