Event Farewell Merchandise

Is there a particular time Disney releases merchandise for events final performances. A month or two before final performances??

Made a trip to see Osborne Spectacle of Lights before final night. Went about mid December (2/3 weeks before final night) a lot of merchandise sold out.

Made a trip to see Wishes one last time. Trip was in early March but no merchandise was out yet. So 2 months would be too early.

Anyone happen to know when they first put out this merchandise?

I tried thru Disney parks shop. They will not sell those items over phone, must be in park purchase. Hope they might honor a rain check type deal but no cigar!

The wishes stuff has been out for a couple weeks now. It's mainly a tshirt and a lot of them seem misprinted. MSEP had the same and they didn't sell out until the final night and then the design was slightly altered to be the "it's back at disneyland" version of the shirt.

I don't think they have a specific time frame of when they start selling the merchandise. Just when they order it and the bulk of it comes in is when they put it out.

I do know currently the shirt is sold out

Thanks. I guess a good time to guesstimate stuff coming out would be about the 1 month prior mark.

I haven't kept up with the event closings lately but I'm sure there will be more to come.

Yes, the parks shop people said they still have the shirts. It's a matter of catching them in stock. Get in a truckload sell out then get another truckload, repeat

Osborne merchandise was available the first week of Nov, so at least 2 months prior to ending.



Also, Wishes AP tees were restocked today.

Just curious - What do you mean by misprinted?

I saw it on timtrackers vlog the other day, I think it was the image of the tshirt was on an angle and off.. i'd have to go back and watch to figure out if it was this shirt and what the exact thing he mentioned was.
