Evenings in the parks... which is better?

Two weeks from now, accuweather outlook is calling for upper 50's & low 60's for evening lows. Which is better for kids fleeces or sweatjackets?

how windy will it be? Fleece tends to keep me warmer but wind goes right through it and can make you cold. Sweatshirts are better at keeping wind out and aren't as warm.
