Evening EMH on arrival day?

Am I crazy? We will be driving and arriving around lunchtime on a Thurs that happens to be EMH at Epcot. We're leaving home the day before and breaking the trip into two days, so Thurs won't be a marrathon driving day. If we stay at E until midnight that day, am I setting us up to be dragging the rest of the time? What do you think?

I find that I don't sleep that well the first night anyway, so I say go for it. It will be fun.

I am planning on doing the same thing! I know when I get to WDW - no matter the time - I am ready to go visit the parks... It has been 5 yrs since I have been there so there will be no way I would stay in the Swan on the night I get there... I will be going to Epcot on the EMH the day I get there!
