I am so shocked with all this. I will probably never know why, but I do know you don't treat a lady like this, and CC is a lady in the truest since of the word. CC even though I don't know you personally, I will miss you very much. I hope all goes well with your family, and you. Seems like the ones who do the most on these boards get treated the worst. I am so sorry you were one of the ones treated this way. I just wish I had a way to let you know personally how much you will be missed, and were loved and respected on the CB. Hang in there and let Dan or someone know how you are doing so they can keep us posted here on the CB.

I join the multitudes sad over your departure. Not sure of the politics involved, and I don't really care. Simply put, you've been kind and helpful to me, and you appear to be one of the more intelligent folks that occasionally raises their voice here. I'm saddened by your departure.

And as all this goes on, I'm sure I speak for many when I say your family is still in my thoughts and prayers.

This sucks - I'll just say it like it is. This is just the latest in a series of unbelievable cr@p that will eventually be the downfall of the DIS. I've been a lurker since 2000, a poster since 2001 and this year has been the worst year on the DIS yet. Screaming, fighting, whining - instead of what it used to be - sharing, encouraging, helping. Cathy was by far the most rational, personable moderator to "share, encourage, and help" the people who deserved it here. What a disgrace. What a sham. This sickens me.

Cathy, best of luck to you - whatever happened, I'm on your side. Thanks for being the voice of reason and a real human being in the midst of this cyber cr@p. Don't know if I'll be posting or even coming to this board anymore - this latest stunt by the DIS has upset me beyond comprehension.
