.*Even Miracles Take A Little Time.* A Beyond Birthdays PTR ~Complete~

I like your resort choices! We're probably staying at POR for two weeks next July, in one of the new princess rooms. princess: I know you & your friends wouldn't do that. :rotfl: But they look nice for a girls only trip! I wouldn't really suggest Pop unless you get connecting rooms. As great as a value that is - the rooms are VERY tiny!

I wasn't sure if you said you'd have a choice of doing KTTK OR the dessert party. If it's one or the other - go with the tour. The dessert party wasn't too hot when we went..but I won't spoil too much because on my TR I'm only on day 2 and we did that our last night!

I think there's a site called Touring Plans that has crowd levels but you have to pay for that.

Awesome. Ooh! Forgot to tell you about the totem pole!

It's not really much. It's in front of the gift shop and a bear is on the bottom of the stack, then Donald, then Goofy, and Mickey's on top. They're all wearing wilderness stuff, except for the bear. It's really tall and pretty good for photos. It's kinda iconic.

Speaking of totem poles, the wood's real, and there are different animal carvings and heads in the wood, especially the posts. I'd put up a ton of pictures of WL, but I don't have any photos on my computer.

Oh I've seen that before on a few TRs! Yeah, that's pretty cool! It's in front of the Mercantile right? If I end up staying in WL (which I'm really hoping I do), I'll definitely get a picture in front of it and with my friends :thumbsup2

Ooooo... I never knew the wood was actually real, that's pretty epic! I'll definitely have to get a few pictures around the hotel lobby :thumbsup2

Thanks Stephanie! Oh, that's cool. Those rooms look pretty cool, especially with the pictures above the beds, but I'm just looking into the standard room, nothing more nothing less and I think my friends are all pretty cool with that :D And yeah, I think we all could definitely fit in the POP room. I've stayed at ASMu in one room with three other guys (I think you know that from reading my TR), so I think four of us won't be too bad. We may get a cot or extra bedding, but that's not a big problem. If we have to, we'll get connected rooms :thumbsup2

Well... KTTK would be if we end up going at the end of June, because my birthday isn't until May and so I'd be 15 in February or April. Also, in February only one of my friends is going to be 16 so that would be for only him. I really want to do the Dessert Party, though I'm sorry to hear it wasn't great for you, but I most likely won't get into that either since both of those are extra experiences that don't go with packages. I'll have to find my cannolis elsewhere ;)

Oh... well lemme go check it out, hopefully I don't have to pay because I would like to look at crowd levels, though I'm hoping to make it to most EMHs and Fantasmic at DHS. I think I'll go look those up now :D

Yeah, the things above the beds are one of the main reasons I like them! They have those at the Disneyland Resort too, but for like triple the price for a night. Oh right! I forgot about that, silly me, I even have a tab open with the TR. I just wanted to say that we kind of had a tight squeeze, but it could of been because we over-pack and get so many souvenirs!

Ohhh I see about KTTK. I really wish they didn't have the age limits - there's so many tours I want to do! Did you hear of the Undiscovered Future World one? That one sounds fun. (: Yeah, some people rave about the dessert party. It must have been an off night or something. :confused3 The cast member cleaning up our plates was very anti-Disney. It wasn't a good way to end our vacation. :sad2:

Okay, good luck finding everything!

Oh yeah, I remember seeing that in a picture on your TR, though I think the Disneyland Resort has bigger rooms and nicer beds :confused3 LOL, how are you liking it so far btw? Or not liking it? :D Yeah, well I get a lot of souvenirs too and I slept in a corner on the floor, so everything was good... though I don't know about with my mom... the connected rooms are sounding better and better now.

I know I hate that and I really REALLY want to do KTTK, it is the only one in MK, I think... yeah, I think that's the only one. I've heard of some in EPCOT, like behind the seeds, which gives you a tour of the greenhouses you say on LWTL, though I think that Undiscovered Future World sounds better. :teeth: Yeah, I've heard many good things, though I have heard it can get packed as well, but they still looked past that or it may not be for everyone :/ I'll have to see, when I do it or not. :thumbsup2

Thanks! (:

Well of course, it's way more money! But the Royal rooms will be just fine. :goodvibes I'm liking it a whole lot! I'm at chapter 6, I'm going to try and read as much as I can before the storm comes (and my power is gone. :sad2: i'm really not in the mood for that!) Connecting rooms could be nice! ::yes::

Timmy you have so much to learn! There are a TON of tours in MK ahaha. Ok, maybe not a ton, but quite a few! I actually took one 2 weeks ago today, it was great. Check out this site: http://disneytourreviews.com/

Hahaha, of course LOL Oh I'm glad you are liking it. Yeah, I'm trying to get another update before Irene comes through, though I have a feeling it won't be too bad since there are no evacuations near me :/ Oh yeah, connection rooms definitely! (:

Oh wow! I do have a lot to learn. I fail as a DISer :guilty: And I think we've actually settled on a date so I'll have to update this soon (:

Your leaving 24 days before me! I'll just miss you :sad1: but have fun! Can't wait to read about the rest of your plans!

Oh no..I can't believe I didn't see you had a PTR after you've been commenting on my TR all this time!! I'll be reading along from now on, though!! :thumbsup2
Anyway, I'm loving the report so far..can't wait for moree! popcorn::
oh and are you getting hit by Irene, too? Stay safe!

Oh, it's okay, but as I said above glad to see you here.

I'm glad you're liking it, I'll be updating soon, I just have my other TR first.

Yeah, tomorrow, I'm praying I don't lose power though I heard the storm is toning down so that's a good sign :thumbsup2 Thanks (:

PULL UP A CHAIR AS THE DINING ROOM PROUDLY PRESENTS... THE ADRS

Before I get into the dining, I wanted to announce, we've settled on the dates! I discussed it with my mom who continues to say "Don't get your hopes up", but said she would like the trip to be 5 days, so I guess that's just how far it's going to go. Now, as we discuss the trip, everyone seems to have decided on April, so if we go we will be going from April 22nd through April 26th. I'm going to crunch the numbers with Dining Plan for the pay between my mom and I keeping that bookmarked hoping it will show her, we aren't paying $1,000 for this trip. I may end up not going to WWOHP, if that's what it means *sigh* We'll just have to see.

Okay, now on with the update and I'm sorry to say, Tessie and Autumn are taking a break from the PTR for awhile. Tessie is probably having another Urinary Tract Infection and has been flipping out for the past week and Autumn has been frantic too, so I'll give them a break for awhile, though they are still waiting for anyone to enter the WITW contest (: So, I've been looking into Dining for awhile, keeping mental tabs on certain restaurants that have sparked my interest throughout TRs and here is a list I've come up. I'm hoping to have at least one character meal, at least one meal at a resort and a meal for every mealtime (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). I'll start with the character meals:

First is The Crystal Palace...

I've been here before for dinner and enjoyed a very nice meal. My sisters and I particularly loved the self-serve soft-serve ice cream machine, mmmm... Yum! But I want to go here for breakfast now since I've heard it's much better. I would like to be one of the first reservations of the day so I can get pictures of an empty Main Street and a perfect Cinderella Castle picture!

Next up is 1900 Park Fare...

1900park1.jpg

I don't really care about the food so much at this place, but for two words... The Tremaines. I've always wanted to meet the Stepsisters ever since I've watched the hilarious videos of them online. They seem like fantastic characters. I know they sometimes appear in Magic Kingdom, but why not meet them then have Cinderella and Charming come along as well, a little plus. I'm also planning to propose to one of them and get Nate to do it too. I'm already calling Anastasia so he gets Drizella. This will hopefully be a very memorable meal.

Coming up behind is Chef Mickey's...

I feel ashamed to say, but... I haven't met all of the Fab Five. Nope, I still have one more and he has avoided me throughout all my trips and that is... Goofy. He was the character I wanted to meet the most in my first trip. I also haven't met Daisy who I've heard makes appearances here, but Goofy is #1. I also have seen many reviews of this restaurant, it was featured on one travel channel special and the food choices looked great, and I need some of those Mickey Waffles :goodvibes I don't think I can survive without them. So a lot of reason to this (I also would like to check out the Contemporary, maybe get a night reservation so we can watch Wishes from the balcony) (:

Last, but certainly not least is Akershus...

Eaker.jpg

Another thing I'm ashamed to admit, is I've never met ANY princesses. The closest I've come to them was The Queen of Hearts and Mary Poppins. I almost met Snow White, but she was ending her M&G. Shockingly, I really want to meet them, I've heard people have great conversations with them and I want to make some of my own, I'm also a huge fan of Belle and Tiana (though she isn't at Akershus), so another plus. I also want to really pull myself into the Norwegian region of EPCOT so I can visit Kringla Olga to try SCHOOL BREAD! I want to make my frump friends proud. =D

So those are the character meals, which brings me to the regular meals. If all else fails with these, I would definitely be going back to Garden Grill, we love that place and I'd want to get some nice food porn to admire at home :D

First on the list is 50's Prime Time Cafe...

Most know I've deeply regret my decision in April of 2010 by going to SciFi Dine-In theater. For those of you who have read that TR, know that the experience was a mess and it would take a miracle to bring us back there. So, I go to this place instead. I've heard so many good things and after watching Jess' (Disneyfreak508's) documentary of her experience at this place I had to go. Knowing my friend Jocelyn and my mom... the hilarity would ensue. Also, the meal reminds me a lot of Garden Grill, so the food must be fantastic! Can't wait to eat here.

Following this is Cape May Cafe...

I know, I know, this is a character breakfast, but none of the characters have really interested me or I've met most of them, so there's no need to go here for that, but I love Seafood, especially ones with shells (Mussells :goodvibes), so this seems to be the place. I also would like the chance to check out the Beach Club itself and maybe stop by for an Ice Cream after at Beaches & Cream, use up those CS credits, ya know? I'm really rooting for this place ::yes::

In the line up, we have Kona Cafe next...

kona.jpg

All of my friends and I who would be coming are in LOVE with the Polynesian. I dream to stay here. It is just so beautiful and there's so much to be seen. I want to walk in and receive a leis as a "Welcome Home". I heard about the restaurants here and heard they were great, but I'm not in the mood for 'Ohana, Kona Cafe appeals more to me. It would be nice to test out all this food and get a more exotic taste. I love to try new things, so this seems to be the place for me and I haven't heard many negative reviews, so this one is definitely high up in the running to book.

As we continue down the line, we come to Boma...

First you must know, my favorite resort is Animal Kingdom Lodge and my favorite restaurant lies within at Sanaa. I rave all the time about that place. I'm pretty sure I've driven people insane with my talk about it. Now, I want to go back and try another restaurant there, seeing if it could take my mind off Sanaa for once. I also want to try the World famous Zebra Domes! I have found a new love for White Chocolate and those things just look so good... Mmm, mmm... Aww yeah!

Next up is Tutto Italia...

TItalia09p.jpg

Why Tutto Italia and not Via Napoli you ask? Well... because I'm 100% sure, Via Napoli is NOT the restaurant that served us the amazing food I got to eat on Italy Isola while watching IllumiNations. It was just so good and I'm guessing Tutto Italia is more of a pasta place than pizza, makes it even better. I've also found it to be a restaurant not many have checked out so I hope to bring something unique to the TR to review for you.

Continuing on, we have Liberty Tree Tavern...

ltt.jpg

Copyright- AllEars.net

This was one of the first TS restaurants that made the biggest impressions on me. A good DIS-Friend of mine, who doesn't come on as often, talked about this place like it was the best. She particularly said they have really good french fries, but I actually got to go into this place once when we were searching for a bathroom and I really like the atmosphere. Also, I heard this was once a character meal, so maybe it will become that once again once I step foot inside.

Last, but not least is T-Rex...

TRex0011.jpg

This is one restaurant one of my friends was eager to check out. We had gone inside, looked around, but never got to experience the dining portion, so we would like to do that. I don't think this is on the DP, so that may cause a bump in the road, but I just can't wait to see the Meteor shower and enjoy some prehistoric dishes.

So, that's all of it, I still have a lot in mind like Raglan Road, Le Cellier, etc. but these are the front-most choices for this vacation, especially. If you have any other recommendations or have any opinions on the places I've listed, please let me know. And I'm sorry if this whole update seems a bit all over the place. It's midnight right now so I'm a bit off-my-rocker, but had to get this update up.

There is also another matter I wanted to bring up. I am starting school in only two days now, TWO DAYS, where did my summer go? :'( So, the updates won't be as frequent, may even go beyond my weekly mark. I hope you'll stick with me no matter what, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.

Have a Magical Day!

:tinker:

The Crystal Palace- I have actually never been here but i might be going here on my next trip. I have heard mixed reviews about the place so that is why it is still a debate. Breakfest is really hard to get so you will probably be getting a dinner unless you are super lucky.

1900 Park Fare- This is one of my favorite places to eat in Disney. I usually go for breakfest but i have heard great things about dinner 2. If you do go for dinner someone in your group needs to get the strawberry soup. I have heard great things about it and have never seen it at breakfest. Breakfest has a combination of whinnie the pooh and alice in wonderland characters. at the dinner i know that they also have a part where cinderella and the prince dance together. I highly reccoment this place. The food is pretty decent 2.

Chef Mickey's- I don't think this place has the best food but the experience makes the rpice and the hassle all worth it. The whole theme is a celebration and it is crazy fun all the time. If you want quality time with goofy then i would definitely come here. He has been known to play hangman with you. All the characters are great though. I feel that the staff is nice 2. This is a place that gets a lot of mixed reviews but i personally enjoy it and think it lives up to the hype, i'm sure someone will disagree with me.

Akershus- never ate here. many people think it is a good substitute for the castle but i personally don't have any issues with the castle so i will probably never eat here.

50's Prime Time Cafe- another one of my favorite meals on property. Food is probably some of the best on property and great service. I think this is easily the best table service in DHS. I highly reccomend it if you want great food and a great time. I love their green beans and I am very picky and never say that so I would subsitute the veggies that come with your meal with green beans (unless they already come with green beans). I also reccomend the shakes, fried chicken, pot pie and the S'mores.

Cape May Cafe- Never have eaten here. have heard great things about it. Of course I would just skip cape amy and go straight to beaches and cream if I were you.

Kona Cafe- I have never eaten hear but their breakfest in particular sounds amazing. I'm sure all their meals are great but breakfest in particular sounds amazing. I really want some of those macadamian nut pancakes. I just read princess caitlin's update in her TR about Kona and they went for lunch and said it was also great. I heard that dinner is usually pretty good but the one TR that I read that went their for dinner said it wasn't their best quality of dinner. In short I would go for breakfest or lunch since those have gotten amazing reviews.

Boma- I have only eaten here for breakfest (which was good) but dinner is suppose to be great. The zebra domes look great despite much debate about how they actually taste. It does have kaluha in it as a heads up but It is suppose to be amazing.

Tutto Italia- This one is the fancier of the two places food wise but they are suppose to have great food. I personally would rather go to via napoli (actually I am in january). Tuttio Italia has gotten great reviews though, I really think it is a matter of taste.

Liberty Tree Tavern- Never ate here before. If you go for lunch the toffee cake looks so good!

T-Rex- Rainforest Cafe 2.0 :) i like the different twist on the rainforest cafe concept but the food is very similar to rainforest cafe. I have a bunch of rainforest cafe's near me so a place like rainforest cafe doesn't appeal to me when on vacation. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

As for you other restaraunt thoughts, Le cellier is another winner. The steak is to die for (don't go here if there are vegitarians in your group) and the pretzel bread is some of the best on property. The staff is insanely nice as well. I love it there! as for other reccomendations, well i'm not going to say them because if I do then i won't be able to stop talking. good luck with your choices

Oh, that's good to know... I'll have to reserve this place early on in the booking process... when we get there LOL

Oh yeah, I've heard about the Strawberry Soup. It sounds really good :goodvibes And yeah, I kinda heard that about breakfast. I heard also Mary Poppins comes out sometimes, but I've met her and some the Winnie the Pooh characters at CP, though I would like to meet Alice and The Mad Hatter... I'm just more keen on meeting the other characters since there are 6 of them I've never met before...

The primary thing with character meals is to enjoy the characters, I also want my Mickey Waffles and I see this is the place. And they have Cinnamon buns too! :goodvibes But that's great the characters interact so much, I might as well book this place right now, hearing all this :thumbsup2

Akershus- never ate here. many people think it is a good substitute for the castle but i personally don't have any issues with the castle so i will probably never eat here.

The problem with the castle for me is that it requires two TS credits and I don't want to lose another opportunity to enjoy another table service, though it would be cool to eat in the castle and look over FL. CRT would be at the top of my list if it weren't for the double credits.

50's Prime Time Cafe- another one of my favorite meals on property. Food is probably some of the best on property and great service. I think this is easily the best table service in DHS. I highly reccomend it if you want great food and a great time. I also reccomend the shakes, fried chicken, pot pie and the S'mores.

Oh wow! That's a lot to say. I think this is currently at the top of the list because it looks like a ton of fun and I really don't want to be too EPCOT and MK focused, which it seems is where most of my list is headed.

Cape May Cafe- Never have eaten here. have heard great things about it. Of course I would just skip cape amy and go straight to beaches and cream if I were you.

Well, if I have enough credits... why not both? Though I'm personally more excited for B&C than CMC.

In short I would go for breakfest or lunch since those have gotten amazing reviews.

Alright, well that sounds good, though I was going to go here for Dinner so after I could go out to the beach to watch Wishes and EWP since we would more than likely book our ADR in time to get down there for those shows.

Boma- I have only eaten here for breakfest (which was good) but dinner is suppose to be great. The zebra domes look great despite much debate about how they actually taste. It does have kaluha in it as a heads up but It is suppose to be amazing.

Debate about how they taste? Why would people debate on that? And Kaluha? Why would that be in a dessert?

Tutto Italia- This one is the fancier of the two places food wise but they are suppose to have great food. I personally would rather go to via napoli (actually I am in january). Tuttio Italia has gotten great reviews though, I really think it is a matter of taste.

Well, that's good to know and I like fancy restaurants, I'm a gourmet kind of person so this sounds about right for me.

Liberty Tree Tavern- Never ate here before. If you go for lunch the toffee cake looks so good!

Ooooo... well I may have to fit this in for lunch since that's when I got to see the place and the food smelled just so good :goodvibes

Yeah, I used to go to Rainforest Cafe a ton, but this just seems so different and has a lot more to it. This is also more to please my friend than me. He REALLY was looking forward to going here if he went again.

As for you other restaraunt thoughts, Le cellier is another winner. The steak is to die for (don't go here if there are vegitarians in your group) and the pretzel bread is some of the best on property. The staff is insanely nice as well. I would LOVE to do Le Cellier, but the problem is it's two credits, but if we turn out to not do the DP, I would like this to be my Birthday meal. I've heard many good things and the food looks wicked good. (:

That's some list you have there!

I haven't eaten at the Crystal Palace in years, so I can't make an educated guess. However, my oldest brother and his family really love it.

1900 Park Fare - Love breakfast and our dinner here has been good. It is totally worth it for the Tremaines though.

Chef Mickey's - Personally, I think there are better places. With little ones, it's worth it, but without them? I don't know if I could put up with the noise. :rotfl:

Akershus - I miss old school Akershus. Their food was always really good. I actually haven't been since it became a princess meal.

50's Prime Time - Definitely go here! One of my favorites!

Cape May Cafe - Well I'm eating there in October! I love seafood (especially mussels!)

Boma - Another one of my favorites.

Tutto Italia - Actually haven't eaten here. But you can't go wrong with Italian.

Liberty Tree Tavern - This is always a good one to pick. Who doesn't like thanksgiving style dinner?

T-Rex - I have a Rainforest locally, and since it's a prehistoric Rainforest Cafe, I haven't been too interested.

I can't believe school is starting already. Where does the time go? :sad2:

I would LOVE to do Le Cellier, but the problem is it's two credits, but if we turn out to not do the DP, I would like this to be my Birthday meal. I've heard many good things and the food looks wicked good. (:

If you go to le cellier for lunch it is still only 1 credit.

That's some list you have there!

I haven't eaten at the Crystal Palace in years, so I can't make an educated guess. However, my oldest brother and his family really love it.

I can't decide, they all sound SOO GOOD :rotfl:

This would be my second time going if I booked there. I'm just shooting to get a breakfast reservation which I've never done.

1900 Park Fare - Love breakfast and our dinner here has been good. It is totally worth it for the Tremaines though.

I would definitely still go with a breakfast, if we end up not being able to get a dinner reservation because I do want to meet the Mad Hatter and Alice, though I think the Strawberry Soup is calling to me :goodvibes

Chef Mickey's - Personally, I think there are better places. With little ones, it's worth it, but without them? I don't know if I could put up with the noise. :rotfl:

That's good to know... oh, is it noisy? Maybe I'll second guess it, I can find Goofy anywhere... but if I can't get Crystal Palace, I still want some Mickey Waffles :teeth: Oh gosh, this is becoming harder than I thought.

Akershus - I miss old school Akershus. Their food was always really good. I actually haven't been since it became a princess meal.

Awww... do you know if they have changed the menu? I still heard it has some good. This one is also mostly for my other friend since she'll probably be asking to meet the princess

50's Prime Time - Definitely go here! One of my favorites!

This one just seems more and more likely. This one I'm most excited about, if we end up booking it and all.

Cape May Cafe - Well I'm eating there in October! I love seafood (especially mussels!)

I totally got to read your review for this one, especially being you like some seafood... Mmmmmm :cloud9:

Boma - Another one of my favorites.

I need to look at the menu for this one since I don't know much about the food options (I know it's African) besides the Zebra Domes.

Tutto Italia - Actually haven't eaten here. But you can't go wrong with Italian.

Totally! ;)

Liberty Tree Tavern - This is always a good one to pick. Who doesn't like thanksgiving style dinner?

Wait, this is Thanksgiving Style too? Must. Book. NOW.

T-Rex - I have a Rainforest locally, and since it's a prehistoric Rainforest Cafe, I haven't been too interested.

We'll have to see on this one, though it would be a nice surprise for my friend, he was obsessed with this place on my last trip and he's probably been to Rainforest Cafe many times.

I can't believe school is starting already. Where does the time go? :sad2:

I know right! Hopefully I will still have DIStime, though I think I'm going to need it more with school starting ::yes::

If you go to le cellier for lunch it is still only 1 credit.

Ooooo... I guess I'll have to push for that now :teeth:

I've always wanted to eat at 1900 Park Fare, but we ate at Tusker House this year, which i highly recommend..it was great!
I've eaten at Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's & Akershus, but I was young and every meal's great when there's characters around when you're little.
I remember really enjoying 50's primetime, too! I remember being disappointed we didn't get a TV at our table..but you can see them from all around. It's cool seeing clips from 'Leave It To Beaver' & 'Father Knows Best'. Good food, too! :thumbsup2
Is T-Rex similar to Rainforest Cafe? We used to have one about 10 minutes from me but it closed like 10 years ago..but my mom and I went to a Rainforest Cafe in Nashville, TN last year and it was very good. But then again we were very hungry!
I just love picking out the meals for a trip..it's so exciting looking at the menus and stuff. I even plan out my Snack Credits!

I haven't responded in a while but HERE NOW!

First of all, I saw your post on the Hangout Thread but I don't like posting there so I'm saying now that I'm glad that your day went well at school! :goodvibes

OMG DATES! That's awesome. I have yet to make it to WWOHP too..and I don't see it happening in the near future either...I'll ask Trelawney

Anyway, crossing my fingers for your DP! We always do it; we just like the ease of it and being able to order anything.

Sorry about Tessie :( I hope she feels better soon!

Anyway, on to the restaurants. :woohoo:

Crystal Palace is fun! We had an ADR for it this trip, but we ended up canceling it. But you ate there before, so you know it's fun. I hope you can do breakfast...you keep saying you want to check out WL and it would be REALLY easy to get there for breakfast if you ended up at WL.

1900 Park Fare is really fun. If you go, play around with the stepsisters. They'll love you! Chef Mickey's is just so Disney. I'm just such a kid when I'm there.

Never been to Akershus. :confused3 Looks fun though!

50's Primetime Cafe has really good food. I'm not sure if I've changed or not, but I used to hate it because for whatever reason I can't handle being scolded/yelled at even as a joke. I used to want to cry...I'd probably be fine now but I don't know :confused3 Anyway, if you don't think I'm too weird after that..let's continue!

Cape May Cafe is my sister's and my dad's favorite. I like it, too. They have these homemade croutons and their caesar salad is awesome. I don't even like caesar salad and I really liked it! But I can't say anything about the seafood since I don't eat it. But apparently it's the best! You will be stuffed though, so you probably won't want the ice cream right after

UGH I'M SO IN LOVE WITH THE POLY TOO. Never been to Kona. :confused3 I've heard great things though! Boma's good! I didn't expect to like all the exotic African stuff, but some of it was really good! Especially the meat with the African spices on it.

Wait. You're not going to Via Napoli? I don't know if we can talk anymore.

That pizza changed my life.

:lmao: Just kidding, I'd like to try Tutto Italia too! The lasagna looks heavenly! Is it sad that I would know what to order at a restaurant that I'm not even planning to go to

I want to go back to Liberty Tree Tavern soon! But there aren't a lot of vegetarian options for my sister, so I don't know.

T-Rex looks AWESOME. The food looks good, but it's more about the experience and the atmosphere, right?

Anyway, just letting you know I'm still here :goodvibes

ALSO I haven't been able to find a concrete confirmation, but have you heard the rumors of AVPM3?

Ooooo... I don't have an AK restaurant on my list, so knowing that is good (:

That definitely changes things, though I think CP has fairly good food, though I don't know about the other two, though I think Akershus was recently changed into a Princess meal, so it could've been different when you went.

Oh I would love to watch all the old TV Shows, if only Bewitched would play on those :cloud9: And that's good to know there is good food besides an experience :thumbsup2

They are the same company, it's just the theming is different. I keep on hearing they are very similar, but still this would be more for my friends not just me and I want to please everyone since I have very different tastes than my friends, but who knows, maybe I'll really enjoy it (:

That was the part I had the most say in on my first trip. I basically decided where we went, same with this trip when picking CS restaurants, so I've had control of picking where we eat in Disney from the get-go. And I think I really need to plan out my snack credits  LOL

I haven't responded in a while but HERE NOW!

First of all, I saw your post on the Hangout Thread but I don't like posting there so I'm saying now that I'm glad that your day went well at school! :goodvibes

Hi Erin! Glad you came to stop by.

Thanks! Hopefully my thoughts on my teachers will change though I heard my team is generally boring, but seems to know what they are doing, so that's good :thumbsup2

OMG DATES! That's awesome. I have yet to make it to WWOHP too..and I don't see it happening in the near future either...I'll ask Trelawney

They haven't been booked, but hopefully they will be. And yeah, I'm wicked excited for WWOHP, though that means we need a car to drive over so... more money and I'm trying to keep it as low a price and if it means no WWOHP, so be it.

Anyway, crossing my fingers for your DP! We always do it; we just like the ease of it and being able to order anything.

Sorry about Tessie :( I hope she feels better soon!

We had trouble with it on my first trip, but once we got it, it was smooth sailing and I like how you seem to have so much left over by the end of the trip. :thumbsup2

Thanks, she is feeling better, she's had this happen before, though it's good she seems to be recovering much more quickly :D

That's good to know, but hopefully when my mom finally allows me to book it, there will be openings for breakfast there :thumbsup2

1900 Park Fare is really fun. If you go, play around with the stepsisters. They'll love you! Chef Mickey's is just so Disney. I'm just such a kid when I'm there.

That's kinda the point. I'm going to try to get my friend involved. Hopefully if I tell my mom about this place she'll be like "Oooo... looks like fun, yeah we can go now, sure" Yeah, maybe not so.

I think Chef Mickey's could be my secret weapon to really immerse my friends in the experience and just enjoy it.

Oh wow, I've never heard that, but I can see where people wouldn't like the scolding. My friends and I are very used to sarcasm and just joking around, so I think we will all enjoy that part. We also have to have good food, my friends are picky eaters like me.

I think the main reason I want to go is for the seafood LOL But I think it's good to know about other options. And I guess I have to weigh those out between Beaches & Cream and there... oh gosh! HELP!

UGH I'M SO IN LOVE WITH THE POLY TOO. Never been to Kona. :confused3 I've heard great things though! Boma's good! I didn't expect to like all the exotic African stuff, but some of it was really good! Especially the meat with the African spices on it.

It's just so pretty :goodvibes How can you NOT love it? (: More reason to book an ADR there

Yeah, Disney always has this amazing touch to make the most exotic and out-of-this-world food, really good and feel so local and not foreign. Though I kinda liked African food before this, so definitely a place for me.

LOL, I just think Tutto needs more love. I'm new to the Disney World fanatics, so I'm working up to the new stuff (unless I haven't done the new stuff already) Though, Via Napoli is definitely something I would try, if things change with Tutto.

Ooooo... so Tutto is the pasta place! YES! That's all I wanted to know, SO going there now that's it :teeth:

I want to go back to Liberty Tree Tavern soon! But there aren't a lot of vegetarian options for my sister, so I don't know.

I really hope when I book after it magically becomes a character meal again, though I could go with or without it, looks like a good place and I hope you get a chance to go, hopefully they'll update their vegetarian options :D

T-Rex looks AWESOME. The food looks good, but it's more about the experience and the atmosphere, right?

Yeah, but food is more important, if it is very mediocre, it will be a one-time deal, never again.

Anyway, just letting you know I'm still here :goodvibes

ALSO I haven't been able to find a concrete confirmation, but have you heard the rumors of AVPM3?

Glad to know you're still here, though I'm not forcing you to be very active (though I prefer it (: )

WHAT?! :scared1::scared1: That is AWESOME! I really hope they are! I hope with this they will add Gilderoy Lockhart as a new character, he would be SO funny :goodvibes I need to go check out the Starkid website now.

YEAH but they don't want to do it without Darren, so it's dependent on his Glee schedule and such.

I really hope they are able to do it and I hope Ryan Murphy and the other directors of Glee let him do it. I mean... Starkid IS his claim to fame.
