assuming resorts at or near capacity in summer months it will be possible for up to 115,000 people to decide to go to the park with the extra evening hours and assuming many people will pick that park as their day park also, my knee jerk reaction is to avoid that park on that day because it is very possible that it will be gridlock. anyone had any late evening experience with this? it will be different than E-nites because there was a charge for that and that did deter some folks.

We just got back from a week long stay and did an emh night at epcot and magic kingdom. Wasn't bad at all. We only stayed about an hour to an hour and a half extra. I don't know if it was typical. Only downfall was that it was a bit on the chilly side and one night it lightly drizzled. I don't recall it being any busier than usual for that particular park during the day. Hope this answers your question. Just be aware that if you don't purchase the park hopper option then you can't do one park on that day and then hop over to the emh park.

I was thinking the same thing that the parks will be crowded, especially since a lot of people won't have the hopping option. I was also looking at what rides are open in the evening. MK seems to be the only one worth going at night because they have quite a few rides. The other three parks only have a few so I am thinking that the early morning might be better since a lot of people don't like getting up early. Not going until end of June and probably will just wing it.

I am wondering the same thing. We did an E-ticket night last year and loved it but this year I am almost afraid to try the evening EMH at MK after what I have read on here. Some people reported waiting in longer lines during the EMH than they waited in during the day. We are going in early June so I guess we will wait and see.
