From what I have seen, the only scooter that will be affected by this will be the Dream scooter. The other scooters are classified as a mobility device and are manufactured to ADA standards.
Even the big tanks that the parks rent are less than 30 X 48.
I measured one of the "big tank" park rental ECVs.
It was 26 inches wide and just short of 47 inches long.
I also measured the blue parking boxes at Fantasmic that mark the space for each wheelchair or ECV to park. That box is 30 inches wide by a bit over 45 inches long. I saw a lot of ECVs parked in them. Not any of the ECVs went over the width because they were too wide. Several went over the length, but were very close, but the spots marked at Fantasmic were less than 48 inches, so I'm quite sure those ECVs would have fit on the bus.
