ESPN Sports Complex

We have tickets to get into the ESPN Sports Complex but have no idea what is there. What is there to do? I check on-line and it seems there are also separate prices for watching various sporting events.

I have a question related to this as well, but it is about ticket prices. I signed up for the 5k in October and rec'd a link for discounted park tickets. Has anyone bought them this way and is this the best deal?
