Just seen we will be in the world when these take place

Seems we ought to visit-but no idea when.....

Our group is me,dh,ds (19) &dmil(86)

Therefore, probably bot too late for some or too early for others!!
I don't want to impact too much onto precious park time either

Any suggestions guys?

We will be going to the opening ceremony on 5/8. Prince Harry... Not only is he a prince, but also a remarkable person. We bought the tickets after watching an interview in which he talked about what the games represent.

The opening ceremony and the closing one is a good bet for some celeb watching and if you can go and support the troops in one of the games please do. I volunteered for the Invictus Games in London in 2014(my cousin was competing) and it's an amazing event. I'm volunteering in Orlando this year as well. The vets competing in the games are so inspiring and they put on one heck of a show. And yes Prince Harry will be there throughout the whole event. HRH is probably one of the most amazing people I have ever had the honor of speaking to. His passion for these games and our vets is as inspiring as the athletes themselves.

Dd is most upset she won't be with us to look out for Harry

I was thinking of either opening/closing ceremony and some events in between-
Ds says he'd go all day long-so that doesn't really help much; but nice to know.
