so i am planning a november escape wedding. we are very early in our plans. i havent even called to speak to a coordiantor yet. my question is: does anyone know if the 4 night hotel is included in the $4000? my fiance seems to thik so, but i think at the bottom of the page, it says that it is not included, but required. please help

The four nights are NOT included in the package. They used to be, but they aren't any longer. When they took out the rooms, they added the Annual Passes.

In some ways this was an improvement (believe it or not)...the four night requirement used to be at a moderate or deluxe hotel. Now you can book at ANY Disney owned and operated resort and use any discounts you can find (codes, AAA, etc.) to book that minimumm 4 nights.

No it is not included. One of the stipulations when you call Disney Weddings is that you have to then book at least a four night stay at a Disney resort and call Disney Weddings back with the confirmation number before they will proceed with booking your wedding date.

thanks! i didnt think it was. we stayed at the all star music resort last time. it was totally afforable, but i really want to stay at the polynesian which is oh so pricey... i guess df and i will be working some ot!

another question, if i have to book the hotel first what if they dont have a wedding date to coordinate with it?

I'm sure if you contacted them they would help you coordinate things so you can be assured your dates would all work.

Since you are looking at November, you could ask if the date/time/location you want is available and call back to give them a reservation number.

When you call originally before you book your resort they hold your requested date for you for two days to give you enough time to book a resort. If you don't call them back in that time they drop the date. When you do call them back with the comfirmation number they secure the date for you. It is yours!
