Any family friendly. Youngest kids are 9
Nope, didn't even know that was still on TVSomeone's been watching "Kate Plus 8"?
I took my staff to do one for our Christmas event a couple of weeks ago. There was nothing that would have been inappropriate for a kid per se; but the tasks and puzzles were HARD...most kids would have been totally lost and while the hour flew by for us, it would have seemed long and boring for a kid who wasn't able to productively participate.

If you find one in your area I'd highly recommend you either go yourself first to check it out or try to find somebody you know that has. The ones I've heard of are really not anything like Disney; not winsome or playful in the way maybe you're thinking. Good luck, whatever you decide. Thanks for the opinion. We did the dis scavenger hunt a couple yrs back & it was hard for dd, but she loved thinking she could do it...but of course it was wdw so she was gonna have fun regardless
It's right off Poplar before you get to the 240 junction. It's in an office building. How old is your granddaughter? The puzzles are pretty complex, so younger kids probably won't be able to figure them out. Teenagers and older would be fine, though. We took our nine year old to the one in Gatlinburg, and he was able to help out with some of the clues. He wouldn't have been able to progress very far with a group of kids his own age, though.Could you tell me where one is in Memphis? That might be something my granddaughter would enjoy, and she has a birthday coming up before long.
Sounds like they'd enjoy it. The only thing is they have seven slots in each room and they try to fill them up if they can. When we went the first time we had five in our group and two random folks were paired with us. The nature of having to work together to solve the puzzles is kind of awkward with people you don't know, so they'd probably enjoy it more if they could get a group of seven to go.Thanks! Youngest granddaughter is 14, and loves mysteries. Her older sister is 22; they could possibly do it together, they are together a lot when big sister is home from college. And thanks for the link!
