I finally had to call MS since it was my last day to cancel a reservation we aren't going to be able to use and bank the points with our Oct UY. I asked the CM and what she said was that they are upgrading the website and have had issues with a couple of the modules. So everything is down while they are working to make it better.
Was able to get in just now. I think this outage lasted 20 mins or so.
What was disconcerting to I was, I was in the middle of a reservation change and BOOM.
Checked just now and all seems fine.

Man. They REALLY need to get their act together. I am going to mail them about this and the complete lack of stability I have seen. I would encourage all who encounter issues to do the same. Only way to make them realize how big a pain this is for us.
I called support today having the same issue. They of course said that the issue was not on their end. Glad to see (well, not really) that other people are having the same issue and it wasn't just me. They told me to clear my history, which I did, and I was able to log in, but it would not give me any of my personal data...weird.
I cleared my browser and was then able get to the login menu but once I tried, this is the message I now get:
