EPCOT World Showcase Question

I have a question about World Showcase in late January/early February. I would like to know if the performers in the various countries continue to perform in the evening until 9:00. We are thinking of a late afternoon and early evening visit to World Showcase and staying for Illuminations and I wonder if the activity is the same as during the day. Thanks.

A few of them have a final performance that begins in the 7:15 - 8:30 PM range such as Off Kilter, British Invasion, MoRockin, the Dragon Legend Acrobats, and the Matsuriza. Also, the Biergarten has a final dinner show around 8 PM nightly, and the Mariachi Band usually performs during evening hours outside the San Angel Inn.

Ditto above. Last week we showed up around 6:30 and saw Off Kilter (my favorite), a bit of the Beatles guys, and MoRockin. At 8:00 we went over to Italy to wait for Illuminations, so I don't know about that.
