One day at Epcot with our 10, 5, and 3.5 year old.

I feel like we are leaving stuff off our Epcot plans--last time, we only had our oldest DD, so we did other exhibits and other learning activities.

So far, our day looks like this:

Akershus ADR 8:00 AM
FEA (standby line)
A&E meet and greet
Mission Space (husband and 10yo DD--FP)
Sea with Nemo and Friends (me and 2 little girls--FP)
Soarin' (all FP)
The seas main tank and exhibits
Turtle Talk (all FP)
Leave park for a couple hours of rest time
Test Track (hopeful we can get a FP)
Disney Visa meet and greet
Dinner and walking around World Showcase
Gran Fiesta
Illuminations

What glaring omissions do I have?

Would they be interested in meeting princesses? There are some meet and greets around the park - Belle, Mulan, Alladin and Jasmine, etc.

Yes to the princesses. You will meet 5 at breakfast but you can certainly meet a few more. There is a schedule as they aren't available open till close. Each day we had the option to FP Illuminations as a 4th FP so if you don't get test track early enough you can at least add that.

I don't know what your visit date is, but it seems unlikely to get a supplemental FP for Test Track day-of.

The third Soarin' theater has really cut wait times down there tremendously. There's also now an interactive trivia game that they added to the new queue (you play via your smartphone) which really helps to pass the time. We only waited 30 minutes at around 3pm a few days ago.

I guess you have the Akershus reservation already as insurance towards a limited wait on the FEA standby line. In that case, I'd probably FP test track instead of Soarin'. The waits for Soarin' were routinely much much lower than Test Track during our two Epcot visits this week.

For anyone who doesn't want to do the Akershus thing and FEA is a must-do, that is the place to use your Tier 1 FP+ at Epcot. You can then do test track at rope drop with about a 15 minute wait and ride Soarin' directly after.

There's also a meet and greet with Baymax and Joy and Sadness from Inside out right across from the Meet and Greet with Mickey and Friends.

At the world showcase, the kids can do the passport/duffy thing and get stamps at the Kidcot stations in each country. We find that is a good way to keep the kids engaged with all the walking that doing a trip around the World Showcase entails.

I agree with the others that you may want to switch your Soarin' FP for a TT FP. Are you doing the Disney Visa meet and greet for the free photos? If not, I would recommend getting FP for Character Spot instead of FP for Turtle Talk. In my experience, the Disney Visa line can get really long. I think I would adjust to this:

Akershus ADR 8:00 am
FEA (standby)
A&E meet and greet
TT (FP)
Mission Space (FP)
Nemo (FP)
The seas tank and exhibits
Turtle Talk (FP)
Leave park

Disney Visa meet and greet (switch Turtle Talk FP to Character Spot FP if not interested in free photo downloads)
Dinner WS
Gran Fiesta
Illuminations

My girls really enjoyed the kidcot ( I think it's called) stops in the countries. You get a cardboard cutout on a stick, like a fan, at whatever country you start out. When we went last October it was of Duffy.
Each station has someone from that country who will stamp the stick part with their flag and perhaps write on it in their native language
The kids can color the fan as they wish, each station has crayons and markers
If the kids are old enough that you feel comfortable, they can color away while you browse in the shop
My girls much preferred coloring rather than looking at every single knick knack in China, for example ( I love that store!! Lol)

We have two little girls about your daughters' ages (9 and almost 4). They would never want to miss Journey Into Imagination. They LOVE it and and it is one of our most requested rides.

If your girls would like to meet Goofy, then I also recommend getting a FP for Character Spot instead of The Seas With Nemo or Turtle Talk. Goofy is not usually at the Visa Meet and Greet. We often see Minnie and Pluto there. Goofy is a fun one. You will probably not be able to get a 4th FP for Character Spot. It tends to fill up early (probably because of low capacity). It might be a good one to swap with The Seas with Nemo (we have never waited long for that one) since the 10 year old and your husband may not be as interested in meeting characters.

When we were there in April, my kids also loved the Chinese Acrobats. We didn't plan to see the show, but we happened upon it. They loved it.

Do you plan to make an ADR, or eat around the world at dinner? One night we had an ADR at Via Napoli and that was okay, but it was crowded and we had to wait a while in a crowded area where the girls squirmed and were uncomfortable. On another night, we just ate around the world and that was so fun. We went from one country to another, selecting one item to try from each area. We did this during F&G, but you can do it at the regular QS places, too. It was fun to read the menus and select interesting items.

I love taking the girls to Disney. Have a wonderful time!

Oh! And don't forget Spaceship Earth!

My kids love it. The little one would not want to leave Epcot without at least one trip through "The Big Ball." She talks about it the entire time we are at Epcot. The older one has ridden it over and over. She loves the little movie starring her at the end.

Thanks, everyone! I appreciate it! I was able to switch our Soarin' FP for TT. And, I switched our Turtle Talk FP for the character spot. :) I will add Spaceship Earth to our plans. We looked for an ADR in the evening at World Showcase, but couldn't find anything that didn't start right during Illuminations. :/ So, we will have a QS meal in the World Showcase instead.

And, the princess meet and greets--those are mostly in the WS, right? I don't think I'll add those to our plans unless we happen upon them when we are walking around. Between Askershus, Epcot character spot, plus other character ADR meals we have planned, I think we'll be ok on meet and greets!

They sell a passport book with stickers from each country - which ended up being sort of an "I Spy" game for our kids. We tried to find where the photo on the sticker was taken within each country. We did the coloring when they were younger, and the passport book when they got a little bit older. The ten year old might enjoy that more.
There's a maze in the back courtyard in the UK - we would let our kids run around there a bit. It was uncrowded and got them out of the stroller for awhile, assuming your 3 year old will be in a stroller.

There is also a Phineus (sp?) and Ferb game around world showcase were you find clues and solve a "crime" in different countries

I know you said you're good on meet and greets, but if they like Mulan, that's a good m&g. The line will be long but my daughter wanted to meet every princess.

As I don't know your family's dietary restrictions or limitations, this may not work for you, however, when my girls were small they really enjoyed choosing a special "treat" from each of the WS countries. Our only limits were that it had to be under $3 and it had to be shareable. They loved looking through all the different types of candy from the different countries. They would often choose something in a bag so we could share it at home as a fun memory of our trip.

I would also recommend the kid cot fun stops. My girls loved having their names written in all the different languages.

Another thing they really enjoyed was doing a family picture by each of the fountains in the WS countries.

I haven't seen anyone mention the Mitsukoshi department store in Japan. It's a child's dream. There is something in there for everyone, especially for girls that like Hello Kitty, jewelry, or things made of Japanese fabrics. DS even loves it. There's a lot of cool anime stuff, Pokemon, and lucky cat stuff. They also have really interesting snacks and candies in the back.
