Make sure you ride the boat ride in the Mexico pavillion. The one in Norway can be a little scary for your little one because they make it seem like you will go backwards down a big drop, but you don't (sorry to spoil the surprise).
Making the masks are free and fun. The passport is a one-time cost and is fun at each country. But we didn't do both during the same trip. We've done the masks during two trips, and the passport during a completely different trip.
My kids really enjoyed the Chinese acrobats show.
Journey Into the Imagination with Figment is a cute children's attraction in FW. Honey I Shrunk the Audience has mixed reviews from that age group because of a scary part.

The Food and Wine Festival is a can't-miss if you enjoy eating and drinking!

). They loved the rest of the Living Seas as well. The Land was closed when we were there and Soarin' wasn't open yet either. My son really loved the body section, they both thought Commando Cranium was a blast (and if you love the 80s especially you will love this one too). We saw the band Off Kilter in Canada, very fun. I can't even begin to mention all of the things to do at EPCOT.
