Epcot Touring Plan in December

Please tell me which one is better for our Epcot day in December? So hard to get everything done in one day. It is a LONG day, but we have done it before and loved it. I will bring the stroller this day so my 7 year old can nap at some point. I can't even figure out how to fit in Joy and Sadness! I tried to make my lunch reservation at 2:30 or 3 but then it messes up my CP Dining package and moves the time for the show to 6:45 so I would have to backtrack! I can get a later lunch reservation at Biergarten with no CP package, also. I also tried changing my CP package to Akershus since we are going there anyway but of course there is no availability for that. I do not plan a FP for Test Track, but plan to do Single Rider so hopefully it will have a similar shorter wait time. I will do throw away FP for the morning so that we can hopefully add 4th one in the evening. What is the least popular so I don't take up hard to get FP?

I haven't looked at your two plans, but I wouldn't do 2 table service meals in one day

Lol we always do 3 at Epcot because it's our favorite! I can't wait to try Biergarten during the holidays!

This is my first time with CP but I think you should factor in more than just 15 minutes waiting in line, of course I don't know when they start seating people

I think the first plan has more balanced walking

The only issue I see is that one of your plans uses fastpasses for Frozen & Test Track, which are both tier 1

I forgot to mention we will use Single Rider for TT, not a FP, but if I put the regular wait time in it throws all of our shows/times off to a later time, so that was how I worked it out. For CP, we will have about 30 minutes after Voices of Liberty so I am hoping that is okay with the package.

Be aware that they can open up the standby line at 30 min out if there are no more people in the package line, so if you're not in line before they open up for standby, you will have paid for that meal and may not get a seat.

After looking at your plans, I think you're going to have to choose which of the Holidays Around the World are most important to you after the CP performance. I highly doubt you'll be in France in time for Pere Noel. CP is about 45 min, so you MIGHT catch the tale end of Pere Noel, but you won't see it all. Then if you do Morocco, you won't be done and over to England in time for Father Christmas's entrance and beginning. Again, you'll catch the tail end, but not the whole thing.

You'll probably have some choices to make in the afternoon before CP as well. If you do the 3:30 Italy, you won't have time to do Santa at 3:45. China and then Germany might work, but I think you'll miss the beginning of Helga with that one as well.

AND you're skipping our favorite one which is Norway. They are hilarious and it's so much fun!

Do you happen to know when they start seating for CP?

Thank you so much! I am thinking that too, but I thought I would have it on my schedule so I know when they are and can decide that day. It's just way too tight to see them all and this makes me sad! I had a bad cold last year and had to leave after breakfast so only saw the one in Germany. Norway is good? I just added it in and moved some things around based on your help. I wish that one started earlier so we don't have to backtrack. The schedule it not out but this is on Touring Plans, so based on last year I am assuming. It is just too tight to do it all! CP is the most important to us so I will just have to take Pere Noel off the schedule. Then we may have to leave Morocco early to catch Father Christmas which I don't want to miss! We will play Santa by ear. DH will be there with us so we can split up if need be and take younger one to one and older one to the other. Now this could all change when I hopefully get our Frozen Fast Passes in a few days!

Thanks. I thought it was 1 hour get in line for Standby, about 30 minutes for the package. Isn't that the point of the package? I will send DH to the line if we are almost up front to see Santa and then we will run!
