Epcot..Swimming with the Dolphins

Just wondering if anyone has personal experience at Epcot's "Swimming with the Dolphins" My older teenage sons want to "swim with the dolphins"..I don't mind paying the $150.00 each if it's worth it. Can anyone share???

You don't really swim with the Dolphins, but you are in the water with them. I did Dolphins is Depth about 3 years ago and it was the highlight of my vacation.
