Epcot resorts international Gateway entrance procedure

What is the procedure for entering Epcot form the Boardwalk / Beach Club entrance? Previously I have had it two ways. Once they held us at the side entrance until 9:00. Other times we were let in but stopped close to the entrance to Futureworld aor held next to the fountain of nations just across the plaza form those who had entered the front entrance. What are they doing these days?

Most recently they are letting you in "around" the same time they start letting guests in from the front then hold accordingly depending on where you're heading (west side, east side or world showcase).

What if you have a PPO ADR at Garden Grill or Akershus? Will they let you in early from IG?

Thanks. I am not sure what our first stop will be. Planning ahead so I know how far we will need to walk fast!

How early can you get in through the International Gateway? We have a tour one morning (non-EMH) and need to be behind the Fountainview Building by 7:45 am. We just switched from AoA to YC, so I need to figure out if we are going to need a taxi to the front of the park.
