I'm not sure if this is the right forum but here goes:

It will be a Sunday mid-July.

We are going to get up for rope drop. I think it will take about an hour to get there from the FW campgrounds by bus.

Go do some stuff in FW (just a couple of rides, walk around, whatever because if there is something that we want to see but don't, we'll try it on our way out -- there is nothing we MUST do but Living with the Land and Spaceship Earth). Rides like Soarin' and Mission Space make me sick. I can't do imax-like stuff.

FP test track for 10.

FP Anna and Elsa ride (I hope) for 11.

Take the boat to ADR at Marrakesh 12:30.

See all the other countries in WS by taking as long as we want and walking the circle.
When we're done, we're done.
See anything we missed in FW on the way back to the monorail.

Do you think it's enough time to get from Test Track, ride it, then Norway by 11?
Enough time to get to lunch?
If we're early, that's fine.

I know it's too soon to know anything about the Frozen ride FP situation but I'm just hoping to be able to do the ride or the meet n greet.

Yes you should have plenty of time. Keep an eye out though on info about frozen when it gets ready to be brought into the FP option. The ride and meet & greet could both be tier 1, along with Soarin and TT..which would obviously put a damper on your plans.

I'm hoping with the additions though they remove the tiers from Epcot.
