Thank you seobaina! This one is really cute too. I like that it has room for additional information. I think I'll make this one for the older kids (girls) and the other for the youngster (boy).

I'm a little confused about how to print them to get the pages to match. I know some of them must go front to back, but I'm not sure which ones. A little printing/folding help would be much appreciated.
